How to Install gitpkg software package in Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

gitpkg software package provides tools for maintaining Debian packages with git, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gitpkg

gitpkg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gitpkg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gitpkg *

You will get with gitpkg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
